How long will it take to process my order?
Typically it takes 3-5 business days to process and ship your order. If for some reason it will take longer, a notice will be posted on Instagram TikTok, and in our website banner.
Do you have a physical store?
We decided to be an online only boutique to serve more cuties nationwide! If you have a question about the look, fabric, or fit of an item feel free to email or message us.

What if an item is out of stock?
Typically we do not restock out of stock items, so once it's gone, it's gone! If you desperately want to see it back in stock, please message or email me and if there is enough demand, I surely will if possible!
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can find them on our Shop All page or you can search "gift card" in thr search bar. You can choose values from $10, $50, $25, and $100. Go through checkout like you would with any other item. After you complete you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that they can use at checkout to redeem its value. If you would like the gift card to go to someone else, you can forward them the email OR put their email in place of yours at checkout. We do not offer physical gift cards, digital only.

We accept AMEX, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Visa
How do I redeem a gift card?
When you're ready to purchase, proceed through the check out process as normal, but instead of putting in card information, select gift card and enter the unique code. The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping. If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
What is Shop Pay?
Shop Pay an accelerated checkout that lets you save your email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information to speed through checkout.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Through Shop Pay you can pay in full or in separate payments through Shop Pay Installments. Your installment plan will depend on the size of your order:
- Four, biweekly, interest-free payments, for orders from $50 to $999.99 USD.
- Monthly payments for orders from $150 to $17,500. Monthly installment orders are interest-bearing from 10 to 30% APR, and may be paid in three, six, or twelve months depending on the purchase amount.
* NOTE: You can not use a gift card with Shop Pay Installments

Do you offer International Shipping?
Right now, we just ship within the US. If you are interested in us shipping internationally please let us know!
Do you offer returns?
Yes! If you aren't happy with your order for any reason, please start a return by clicking the Returns link in the footer/bottom of our website. You just need to have your order information ready. Copper Collective will cover your return shipping.

Do you offer exchanges?
Right now, we do not. If you would like to exchange an item, please go through the process of returning your current item and placing another order for your desired item.
What is Route Shipping Insurance?
Copper Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Route Insurance covers your order 100% if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add it to your order at checkout.
How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen, or damaged package?
Open your email from Route. In the email, copy your Route Order ID as you will need it to file the claim. Click here to file a claim:
How does Route reimburse me?
Route will process your refund or reorder.
