Everything is made to order.
Nothing here sits in a box waiting. Each piece is stitched after you order it, which takes 7–10 business days before it ships. Transit time is on top of that.
Custom orders take 4–6 weeks.

Shipped USPS from Charlotte, North Carolina.
Tracking
A tracking number goes out by email as soon as your order ships. If it has been more than 10 business days and you have not heard anything, email info@shopcopperco.com and we will tell you exactly where it is.
Delays
Once a package is with USPS it is out of our hands, but we will help you chase it. Email us and we will work it out with you.
Wrong address?
Email as soon as you notice. If it has not shipped yet, it is an easy fix.
